JRuby 1.4.0 の導入

Windows XP on iMac に　JRuby 1.4.0 を導入
  1. Java SE Development Kit 6u18  をダウンロード: http://java.sun.com/
  2. インストーラーを実行。
  3. JRuby 1.4.0 Windows Executable をダウンロード: http://jruby.org/
  4. インストーラーを実行
    • C:\Program Files\jruby-1.4.0\
    • Path の設定やスタートメニューへの登録（uninstaller だけ…）も勝手にやってくれる
  5. システム環境変数 JAVA_HOME が定義されていると invalid jdkhome specified というアラートウインドウが開くが閉じてやると問題なく動作。よくわからんので環境変数 JAVA_HOME を削除。

Windows XP に GNU Emacs 23.1 を導入

自宅の Windows XP SP3 on iMac に Emacs を導入する。 バイナリは http://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/emacs/windows/ にある。 barabin と bin の違いは README によると without lisp code or documentation と with all lisp code and documentation だけだそうなので、最新版の emacs-23.1-bin-i386.zip を落としてくる。 XP のデスクトップ上に展開するとディレクトリ構成は以下のようになっている。 emacs-23.1 bin etc info leim lisp site-lisp XP のファイルシステム上、どこに導入すべきか明快な方針を知らないのだが "Program Files" 以下にするとパスの空白文字が悪さしそうなので C:\opt\emacs-23.1 に展開する。 bin\addpm.exe を実行して、スタートメニューへ登録。これはやらんでもよいとのこと: Note that running addpm is now an optional step; Emacs is able to   locate all of its files without needing any information to be set in   the environment or the registry, although such settings will still   be obeyed if present.  This is convenient for running Emacs on a   machine which disallows registry changes, or on which software   should not be installed.  For instance, you can now run Emacs   directly from a CD or USB flash drive without copying...

Navi2ch on Emacs 23.1 on Windows XP

開発版  をダウンロード: http://navi2ch.sourceforge.net/ 展開: C:\opt\emacs-23.1\site-lisp\navi2ch-cvs-20100118 Emacs にてバイトコンパイル バッファーに開く: C:\opt\emacs-23.1\site-lisp\navi2ch-cvs-20100118\bcomp.el M-x eval-current-buffer RET   exec-path に gzip.exe がないとエラー ⇒ GnuWin32 導入で解決。 後は C:\Documents and Settings\hnagoya\Application Data\.navi2ch 以下の扱いなので、とくに Windows 固有の話はないと思う。
